the room was clean upon arrival. my Standard Single Room included tea and coffee facilities, helpful. parking was available and easy to access.
the shower's water pressure was quite low. i found the lack of wardrobe space inconvenient. there wasnt any hand soap in the dispenser.

I enjoyed that the room was very clean and tidy. I liked the politeness of the staff. The hotel had great parking facilities, a definite plus for me.
There was no elevator. I struggled a bit to carry my luggage up the stairs.

The location was really convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy, and the staff was quite cooperative. The room featured tea and coffee making facilities, which I found very useful. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean.
I was disappointed with the carpet in the room. There were black stains all over.

I experienced an excellent level of service. Staff members were cooperative and were really good. The room was nice and neat. Parking facilities were great, and tea and coffee making facilities were available.

clean room great atmosphere helpful staff
The room was very CLEAN and the atmosphere was great, a SUPER value for the price. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and assisted me with all my questions. I found the hotel to be well kept and the location was very convenient for my needs.
The room I got initially did not quite match the photos I saw online, so I requested a different room.

lingering smell missing battery cover
The staff seemed alright. I mean, they didn't actively make things worse.
The room, supposedly a 'standard double room,' felt more like a 'cramped single closet'. there was this lingering smell, sort of a mix of stale cigarettes and despair, that permeated everything. the tv remote was missing a battery cover. I guess that's one way to ensure i interacted less with the non-functioning tv..
